L-Glutamine is tasteless, so can be added to water or any drink of your choice. Tubs come in 250 g and 500 g offering 50 L-glutamine is a useful dietary supplement to supplement the absorption of the essential amino acid. Glutamine is an amino acid that the body cannot produce itself and can only be obtained from food. Glutamine is also a non-essential amino acid and plays an important role in muscle building. INGREDIENTS
100 Percent L-Glutamine produced via a fermentation process.

DIRECTIONS
Directions: Take 5 g (approximately one level scoop provided) and mix with 300 ml of water or fruit juice. Recommended use (based on a 75 kg male) for maintenance: Take one serving half an hour prior to exercise, one immediately after exercise and one before bedtime.
