INGREDIENTS
Instantised Whey Protein (Whey Protein Isolate (70 Percent) (MILK), Whey Protein Concentrate (11 Percent) (MILK), Emulsifier (SOYA Lecithin)), MILK Protein Concentrate (15 Percent), Flavourings, Thickener (Cellulose Gum), Colour (Carotenes), Digestive Enzyme Complex (DigeZyme (Alpha-Amylase, Neutral Protease, Cellulase, Lactase, Lipase)), Sea Salt, Sweetener (Sucralose), Bacillus Coagulans (LactoSpore), Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides), Multi-Component Protected Lactic Acid Bacteria (Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus).

DIRECTIONS
Mix 25g (approximately two level 25ml measures ) with 175-225ml water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender. Consume 2-3 servings daily.
