Each shake contains 60g protein, 203g carbs and a huge 1,127 calories. The protein comes from four high-quality sources: Whey Protein Concentrate, Milk Protein (of which 80% Micellar Casein, 20% Native Whey) and Hydrolysed Whey Protein. The whey is from the milk of grass-fed cows. Instant Mass Heavyweight is also low in sugar and contains creatine, which enhances physical performance over successive bursts of short-term high intensity exercise. DIRECTIONS
