We hope everyone is keeping well, this update is to advise you that in cases of failed attempts, you can now retry payments. Simply navigate to the order (My account > Orders > Details) and click the "Retry payment" button.
If you mistakenly entered incorrect billing details during your initial payment attempt then subsequent payment attempts will continue to fail.
To correct this, instead of retrying payments, you can click the "Re-order" button at the bottom of the page which will add all items to your basket. Here you can amend your basket or continue through to the checkout process and correct your billing details.
