And, because it?s made with natural fruit juice, it tastes great too! Easy to open and swallow, each sachet delivers 23g of carbohydrate energy. Some of the gels contain 30mg caffeine but most flavours are caffeine free. During endurance exercise your body needs carbohydrate for energy to help maintain your performance.
