INGREDIENTS
BCAA 2:1:1 (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, Emulsifier: Lecithins); Acidity Regulators: Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Tri-Sodium Citrate; Resistant Dextrin, Flavouring, L-Glutamine, Coconut Water Powder, Magnesium Citrate, Sweeteners: Acesulfame K, Sucralose; Mono Potassium Phosphate, Anti-Caking Agent: Calcium Silicate; L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, Vitamins (Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1), Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12)), Colour: Allura Red.

DIRECTIONS
Add 1 level scoop of powder (13g) to 500ml of water, during or after high intensity exercise. Alternatively, it can be added to a water bottle and consumed throughout the day. Store and transport in original closed packaging in a dry and dark place at ambient temperature (between 15?C to 25?C), out of reach of young children.
