INGREDIENTS
WHEY protein concentrate, flavourings, inulin ( from chicory), colour(caramel), sweeteners ( acesulfame-K, sucralose), vanilla crystal.

DIRECTIONS
Mix 1 serving(30 g) with 250 ml cold water or skimmed milk and shake well.As a food supplement take 1 serving daily: on workout days consume 1 serving immediately after your workout. On non workout days take one serving right on waking.
