*Coronavirus Covid-19 Update - April 8th 2020*
Thankfully, we remain open during these testing times, albeit with a much scaled back workforce. This does however enable us to keep our staff safe and follow the government's social distancing instructions whilst maintaining the supply of Music, Films and Gaming - something we know is very important to our customers.
The unpredictability within our supply chain has settled down a bit since our last update of March 24th which means delays in fulfilling our customers' orders hasn't been as bad as we had originally anticipated. Hopefully this continues to be the case, however, as you're aware, the coming weeks of the Coronavirus Covid-19 outbreak remain uncertain and this will unfortunately continue to impact our ability to process your order in our usual timeframes.
Please do continue to bear with us during this time whilst we work as quickly as possible in an attempt to keep any delays to a minimum.
We will, as always, be very flexible with any new or outstanding return requests so please don't worry about missing return deadlines, warranty expiry dates etc. We hope everyone can work together during this difficult time to ensure some form of normality resumes in the not too distant future.
